There is no fee to use this service.

I\’m having trouble obtaining a copy of HSMV,form 72077( release of incarceration ) form , needed to obtain DL. DMV will not issue without it ,was told to contact Sarasota jail .
Case # is 2013MM 012491 SC.

  In order to obtain a copy of your Florida Release of Incarceration Form you will want to contact the relevant Sarasota county jail and inquire with them. The Release of Incarceration Form can be downloaded from the Florida FLHSMV.
