There are three ways of making Virginia Driving Records Request—online, by mail, and in person. Furthermore, you can obtain a copy of your driving record online through public databases.

In person

To make an in person request for your Virginia driving records, you’ll need:

  • Fill out and submit Virginia Information Request form
  • Pay $8 fee for uncertified driving record or $13 for certified driving record

By mail
