Nebraska Driving Records Request Information
Nebraska Department of Motor Vehicles (DMV) maintains the driving records of all Nebraska residents with a driver’s license. The driving records maintained by Nebraska DMV contain:
* You identification information such as your name, DOB, mailing address, driver’s license status, country name and physical description
* Driving license information such as license number, class, issuance date, issuance place, expiration date, restrictions and endorsements

Complete driving record: Includes your complete driving history
Clearance letter: In order to access their driving history and apply for a driver’s license in their new state, former residents use clearance letter

There are three ways to make Nebraska Driving Records Request including:
* Online
* By mail
* In person
Online
To make an online request, you need to: * Visit the Nebraska DMV website
* Enter your name, driver’s license number, DOB and email address
* Pay through e-check or credit card the $3 driving record fee
In person
Make an in person request by:
* Visiting the local Nebraska DMV office * Completing and submitting Application for copy of driving record form
* Providing proof of identification such as ID card, passport or driver’s license
* Paying the $3 driving record fee

* Pay through check or money order $3 driving record fee
