The District court of Utah represents the federal court with the State of Utah under its jurisdiction. The district court is located in Salt Lake City and has an additional courtroom located in Ogden. All Appeals from this court are presented to the Tenth Circuit Court of Appeals, the only exceptions are claims against nation’s Government, and cases regarding patent claims.
